Busch R5 RA 0165 D – oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump

The Busch R5 RA 0165 D is an oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump. The nominal pumping speed is 160 m³/h (50 Hz) or 190 m³/h (60 Hz), the ultimate pressure 0.1 mbar. Nominal motor rating 5.5 kW (50 Hz) or 6.6 kW (60 Hz).
