Food processing
In food processing, vacuum is used for packaging, filling, forming, degassing and conveying, among other things. A central vacuum supply provides several machines and production lines with the required capacity as needed. At the same time, vacuum generators, heat generation and maintenance work can be relocated out of sensitive production areas. Eugen Theis Vakuum plans and realises individually tailored central vacuum systems for this purpose – from design to commissioning.
Woodworking
Vacuum holds workpieces securely on CNC machining centres and supports processes such as veneering, laminating and the automated lifting and transport of panels. A central system reliably supplies several machines and adapts its capacity to actual demand. The spatial separation of the vacuum pumps additionally protects them from dust and chips and improves working conditions in production. Eugen Theis Vakuum develops robust central vacuum solutions tailored to the machine park, dust load and production processes.
Pharmaceutical industry
In pharmaceutical processes, vacuum is used for example in drying, degassing, distilling, filling and pneumatic conveying. A central vacuum supply enables controlled and uniform process conditions for several production areas. Through coordinated control and redundancy, the supply can be reliably maintained even with changing demand. Eugen Theis Vakuum designs central vacuum systems according to the respective process, safety and availability requirements.
Packaging applications
Vacuum is used for evacuating, forming, gripping, transporting and sealing a wide variety of packaging. A central system pools the vacuum demand of several packaging machines and responds to changing loads. This supports reproducible cycle times, a reliable supply and more efficient system operation. Eugen Theis Vakuum offers scalable systems that are designed precisely for the number of machines, the vacuum demand and the production output.
Pick-and-place applications
In pick-and-place processes, vacuum enables the fast and precise gripping, lifting and positioning of products, packaging and components. A central vacuum supply can serve several robots, suction grippers and handling stations at the same time. It provides a constant vacuum level and adapts the generated capacity to the number of active consumers. Eugen Theis Vakuum realises demand-oriented supply concepts for automated handling and pick-and-place systems.
