Refurbishment & Overhaul

Every overhaul begins with the complete disassembly and industrial cleaning of the unit. Components are carefully inspected and worn or damaged parts identified. The replacement covers all critical internal parts such as vanes, seals, bearings, seal kits and filters. Precision alignment and reassembly are followed by oil flushing, calibration and extensive tests.

With every overhaul, Ehrler & Beck supplies a detailed service report – including before-and-after diagnostics and a list of the components replaced.

Refurbishment is available for almost all industrial vacuum technologies, including rotary vane, screw, claw, Roots and liquid ring pumps. Supported brands include:

Refurbishment is the strategic choice when the main body of the unit is structurally intact but performance has declined through normal wear. Typical signs: lower vacuum level, increased noise/vibration, contamination of the medium or rising energy consumption. In such cases an overhaul restores the original specifications – without the cost of a complete replacement.

If an overhaul no longer makes economic sense, Ehrler & Beck offers replacement solutions – including refurbished equipment and trade-in programmes.

All work is carried out in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications and ISO standards. Overhauled units are tested extensively using industry-standard and internally developed test protocols. Every completed overhaul comes with a full warranty.
