The standard circulating oil lubrication with integrated oil cooler and the cover hood also minimize noise emissions. The oil suction controlled by a float valve also enables the vacuum pumps to be used in rough vacuum operation. The service life of the oil, even under difficult environmental conditions, is significantly extended by an optional water cooling system.

VT / KVT / VTLF series

Rotary vane vacuum pumps, oil-free

The simple design with only one shaft and direct drive leads to robust, long-lasting vacuum pumps with low maintenance and operating costs. The vacuum pumps work completely oil-free, the individual working chambers are separated by slides with a long service life. Suction filters and control valves are integrated in the vacuum pumps, further accessories can be added without any problems.

Side channel vacuum pumps

We offer single and two-stage low-pressure blowers from BECKER. Becker's 1-stage compact low-pressure blowers offer high performance in a quiet, non-contact environment. They require minimal maintenance and can be converted to two-stage operation. 2-stage, non-contact low-pressure blowers require little maintenance and can be converted to 1-stage operation. The performance data of the regenerative fans are significantly improved with the integrated frequency converter.

T / DVT SERIES

Suction filter and control valve are integrated in the pressure vacuum generators, additional accessories can be added without any problems. The blown air cooler, which is also integrated, guarantees a very low blown air temperature. The compact cover enables low noise emissions and low heat emissions. The combined pressure vacuum generators are also equipped with a second suction.

Side channel pressure vacuum pumps

Side channel pressure vacuum generators generate low-pulsation suction and blast air through their internal "multi-stage" compression. The optimal impeller design with curved impeller blades guarantees optimal efficiency. The separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller enables combined suction and pressure operation with just one impeller.
