The Busch R5 RA 0063 F is an oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump. The nominal pumping speed is 63 m³/h (50 Hz) or 76 m³/h (60 Hz), the ultimate pressure 0.1 mbar. Nominal motor rating 2 kW (50 Hz) or 2.4 kW (60 Hz).
