The Busch PUMA WY 0700 C is a Roots vacuum pump (vacuum booster). The nominal pumping speed is 700 m³/h (50 Hz) or 840 m³/h (60 Hz). Nominal motor rating 4 kW (50 Hz) or 4.4 kW (60 Hz).

Features

  • Reliable: solid rotary lobes, robust design in ductile iron GGG40, leak-tight, reliable under changing operating conditions
  • Powerful: high volumetric efficiency, according to Busch up to ten times the performance of the vacuum system, for fine and high vacuum including semiconductor applications
  • Flexible: can be flanged directly to the system in any position, increases the performance of all types of backing pump
