Leybold SOGEVAC SV 40 B – rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 38.5 m³/h

The SOGEVAC SV 40 B is the model of the medium size with the most versions: integrated motor, 1500 min⁻¹ and G 1 1/4" connections on the intake and exhaust side. For this size Leybold claims the shortest cycle time on the market; versions without gas ballast, with small, standard or large gas ballast and for DOT 4 brake fluid are available. The pumping speed is 38.5 m³/h at 50 Hz and 47 m³/h at 60 Hz (nominal pumping speed 44 m³/h at 50 Hz). The pump measures 425 × 284 × 265 mm, weighs 43 kg (50 Hz) or 45 kg (60 Hz) with oil filling and operates at 58 dB(A) at 50 Hz.
