Leybold SOGEVAC SV 25 D – rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 22.5 m³/h

The SOGEVAC SV 25 D is the larger of the two D pumps in the same housing as the SV 16 D. Integrated lubrication with oil return without external oil lines, an integrated anti-suckback valve and 2 litres of oil volume make it a low-maintenance pump for continuous operation; PFPE, ester oil and water-cooled versions are also available. The pumping speed is 22.5 m³/h at 50 Hz and 25.5 m³/h at 60 Hz (nominal pumping speed 25 m³/h at 50 Hz). The pump measures 268 × 247 × 440 mm, weighs 25 kg with oil filling and operates at 59 dB(A) at 50 Hz.

The SOGEVAC SV 25 D is available from Ehrler & Beck in 15 variants (part numbers 960211V, 960210V, 960215V, 960211V1706, 960211V2001, 960211V2016, 960211V2041, 960211V3002, 960215V1705, 960215V2016, 960215V3002, 960215V3004, 960210V2063, 960210V2064, 960210V3003). The maximum motor power is 0.75 kW at 50 Hz and 0.9 kW at 60 Hz. The variants differ in motor and mains voltage, in the gas ballast equipment and in the oil filling; the table of each variant gives Leybold's designation of the version.
