The Pfeiffer DuoVane 36 is a two-stage oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump. The nominal pumping speed is 32 m³/h (50 Hz) or 36 m³/h (60 Hz), the ultimate pressure 0.002 mbar. Rated motor power 1.1 kW (50 Hz) or 1.3 kW (60 Hz).
