Leybold DRYVAC DV 1200 – high pumping capacity as a ready-to-connect unit

The DRYVAC DV 1200 achieves a maximum pumping speed of 1250 m³/h and an ultimate pressure of < 5 × 10⁻³ mbar. With a rated power of 30 kW, the power consumption at ultimate pressure is 13.8 kW. According to Leybold, all DV 1200 come on a baseplate with castors, adjustable feet and an enclosure and include a cooling water unit with water distribution, pressure reducer and overpressure safety valve. Dimensions 1339 × 705 × 985 mm, weight around 1400 kg, connections DN 100 ISO-K (inlet) and DN 100 ISO-K (exhaust), cooling water requirement 15 l/min, noise level with silencer 67 dB(A). Water vapour tolerance 60 mbar, water vapour capacity 50 kg/h.

Versions with integrated controller (-i)

The i versions add a built-in controller with touchscreen and user interface to the DRYVAC for plug-&-play operation and configuration; as interfaces Leybold lists 24 V I/O, Profibus and Ethernet/IP.

Typical applications

Metallurgy and furnace construction, coating, solar, evacuation of large chambers and load locks – wherever high pumping speed down into the medium vacuum range is needed.

Variants of the DRYVAC DV 1200

The DRYVAC DV 1200 is available from Ehrler & Beck in three variants (part numbers 112120V17-1, 112120V50-2, 112120V40-2). The rated power is 30 kW at 380–460 V (50/60 Hz) for all variants, the weight around 1400 kg. Versions with LEYBONOL LVO 210 and LEYBONOL LVO 410 are available.
