Leybold DRYVAC DV 650 FP / FP-r – ready for daily wet cleaning
The DRYVAC DV 650 FP is designed for packaging and filling processes. Thanks to its hygienic design, according to Leybold it can be washed down together with the rest of the production line – without a stainless steel enclosure. The compact design and water cooling allow installation directly in the air-conditioned process area close to the machine, which reduces cycle times and installation costs. Key technical data: 650 m³/h maximum pumping speed, ultimate pressure ≤ 5 × 10⁻³ mbar without and 0.01 mbar with gas ballast, rated power 15 kW, power consumption below 10 mbar 6.6 kW, water vapour tolerance 60 mbar (with purge gas at the exhaust-side shaft seal), water vapour capacity 25 kg/h. Leybold offers the FP-r without a silencer (1211 × 450 × 400 mm) or with an integrated, serviceable stainless steel silencer that needs no filling material, is self-draining and easy to clean. The DRYVAC DV 650 FP is available from Ehrler & Beck in eight variants (part numbers 112065FP01-1, 112065FP02-1, 112065FP21-1, 112065FP22-1, 112065FP08-1, 112065FP29-1, 112065FP18-1, 112065FP28-1). The rated power is 15 kW for all variants, the mains voltage ranges from 200–240 V to 380–460 V (50/60 Hz) and the weight ranges from 560 to 600 kg.
