Leybold DRYVAC DV 800 FP-r – hygienic design with 800 m³/h
The DRYVAC DV 800 FP-r is the larger of the two washable DRYVAC pumps. It delivers 800 m³/h, reaches ≤ 5 × 10⁻³ mbar without and 0.01 mbar with gas ballast and has a rated power of 19.6 kW (7.5 kW below 10 mbar). The water vapour tolerance is 60 mbar and the water vapour capacity 30 kg/h – important for humid processes. With the stainless steel silencer open to the room, the noise level is 73 dB(A).Install close to the line
Because the pump may be washed down together with the production line and needs no stainless steel enclosure, it can stand directly at the packaging or filling machine. According to Leybold, short lines shorten cycle times and reduce installation costs. Inlet flange DN 100 ISO-K, exhaust flange DN 63 ISO-K; dimensions without silencer 1211 × 450 × 400 mm.Versions

The DRYVAC DV 800 FP-r is available from Ehrler & Beck in four variants (part numbers 112080FP01-1, 112080FP02-1, 112080FP21-1, 112080FP22-1).
