Leybold SOGEVAC SV 570 B – rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 470 m³/h

At 50 Hz the SOGEVAC SV 570 B reaches a pumping speed of 470 m³/h (nominal pumping speed 570 m³/h) and an ultimate total pressure of 0.08 mbar without gas ballast; with one gas ballast valve it is 0.7 mbar, with two gas ballast valves 2.0 mbar. The pump runs at 1000 min⁻¹, measures 1305 × 863 × 733 mm and operates at 75 dB(A), in the water-cooled BF version at 72 dB(A). The motor power is 11 kW at 50 Hz and 13.2 kW at 60 Hz. Leybold states no pumping speed at 60 Hz for the SV 570 B. For the weight, Leybold's documents differ: the Leybold website states 480 kg, the brochure for the SV 470 B(F) and SV 570 B(F) 550 kg. Versions and order numbers

The Leybold Full Line Catalog 2018 lists three order numbers each for the air-cooled SV 570 B and the water-cooled SV 570 BF. Air-cooled (B): 960765V with Europe motor (11 kW at 50 Hz), 960766V with world motor for further voltages (11 kW at 50 Hz, 13.2 kW at 60 Hz) and 960755V with NEMA Premium motor (11 kW). Water-cooled (BF): 960767V with Europe motor, 960768V with world motor and 960759V with NEMA Premium motor. On the BF versions the electromagnetic gas ballast valve (24 V DC) is part of the scope of supply, and the cooling water pressure lies between 2 and 8 bar. The SV 570 B is currently not listed in Leybold's German webshop; Ehrler & Beck will gladly clarify availability and the current order number for you.
