Leybold SOGEVAC SV 220 B – rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 180 m³/h

The SOGEVAC SV 220 B is the direct successor to the SV 200. Leybold highlights the lowest pump temperature on the market and thus the longest oil service life, as well as around 20 % lower power consumption than the competition and monitoring options by sensor. The ultimate total pressure without gas ballast is ≤ 0.08 mbar. The pumping speed is 180 m³/h at 50 Hz and 220 m³/h at 60 Hz (nominal pumping speed 200 m³/h at 50 Hz). The pump measures 1070 × 535 × 425 mm, weighs 180 kg with oil filling and operates at 69 dB(A) at 50 Hz.

Variants of the SOGEVAC SV 220 B

The SOGEVAC SV 220 B is available from Ehrler & Beck in eight variants (part numbers 960617V, 960617V3001, 960602V, 960602V3001, 12330220V01, 10330220V01, 10330220V02, 10330220V03). The maximum motor power is 4.5 kW at 50 Hz and 4.8 kW at 60 Hz. The variants differ in motor and mains voltage, in the gas ballast equipment and in the oil filling; the table of each variant gives Leybold's designation of the version.
