Pfeiffer HiLobe 6204 – Roots vacuum pump (vacuum booster)

The Pfeiffer HiLobe 6204 is a Roots vacuum pump (vacuum booster). The nominal pumping speed is 890 to 6220 m³/h, depending on the speed. Rated power at maximum speed 7.5 kW.
