The Leybold DRYVAC DV 200 is a dry-compressing, water-cooled screw vacuum pump with 210 m³/h maximum pumping speed and an ultimate pressure of < 5 × 10⁻² mbar. The integrated frequency converter and the hermetically sealed design make it the compact entry into the DRYVAC series. Leybold DRYVAC DV 200 – the compact entry into dry screw technology
The DRYVAC DV 200 is the smallest model in the DRYVAC series. It achieves a maximum pumping speed of 210 m³/h and an ultimate pressure of < 5 × 10⁻² mbar (without gas ballast). The rated power is 7.5 kW; according to Leybold, the pump draws only 4.1 kW at ultimate pressure. At 1115 × 612 × 478 mm and around 370 kg, it can be installed directly at the system thanks to water cooling (8 l/min) and a noise level of 65 dB(A) (with silencer, at ultimate pressure). The inlet is DN 63 ISO-K, the exhaust DN 40 ISO-KF. Leybold specifies the water vapour tolerance as 50 mbar and the water vapour capacity as 5 kg/h.Frequency converter and sensors as standard
All DRYVAC models have a built-in frequency converter that works together with three standard sensors for exhaust pressure, motor temperature and cooling water outlet temperature and issues status messages and warnings when needed. An RS485 interface and I/O connections are provided; fieldbus modules are available as accessories.Typical applications

The DRYVAC DV 200 is available from Ehrler & Beck in four variants (part numbers 112020V15, 112020V25, 112020V19, 14640200V90DGN). The rated power is 7.5 kW for all variants, the mains voltage ranges from 200–240 V to 380–460 V (50/60 Hz) and the weight is around 370 kg.
