Leybold TRIVAC D 8 T – two-stage rotary vane pump of the TRIVAC T series

The TRIVAC D 8 T reaches a pumping speed of 8.2 m³/h at 50 Hz (nominal pumping speed 9.2 m³/h) and an ultimate total pressure of 5 × 10⁻³ mbar without gas ballast. With gas ballast the ultimate total pressure is 8 × 10⁻³ mbar in position 1 and 2 × 10⁻² mbar in position 2. The water vapour tolerance is 15 mbar, the water vapour capacity 95 g/h. Intake and exhaust side are designed as DN 16 ISO-KF, the oil filling is 0.7 / 1 l (min. / max.), the noise level 54 / 56 dB(A) without / with gas ballast. The pump is designed for ambient temperatures of 12 to 45 °C. The data are taken from the Leybold brochure “TRIVAC T Series”.

Leybold supplies the TRIVAC D 8 T with a filling of LEYBONOL LVO 100 in two versions: 31241TE with three-phase motor (370 W; Δ 200–220 V / Y 380–440 V at 50 Hz, Δ 200–220 V / Y 380–480 V at 60 Hz), 500 × 157 × 240 mm, 24 kg; 31246TE with single-phase motor (570 W at 50 Hz, 660 W at 60 Hz; 100–115 V / 210–230 V, 50 and 60 Hz), 500 × 156 × 247 mm, 24 kg. The dimensions are length × width × height.
