Leybold TRIVAC D 16 T – two-stage rotary vane pump of the TRIVAC T series

The TRIVAC D 16 T reaches a pumping speed of 16.2 m³/h at 50 Hz (nominal pumping speed 17 m³/h) and an ultimate total pressure of 5 × 10⁻³ mbar without gas ballast. With gas ballast the ultimate total pressure is 8 × 10⁻³ mbar in position 1 and 2 × 10⁻² mbar in position 2. The water vapour tolerance is 20 mbar, the water vapour capacity 230 g/h. Intake and exhaust side are designed as DN 25 ISO-KF, the oil filling is 1.0 / 1.6 l (min. / max.), the noise level 58 / 60 dB(A) without / with gas ballast. The pump is designed for ambient temperatures of 12 to 45 °C. The data are taken from the Leybold brochure “TRIVAC T Series”.

Leybold supplies the TRIVAC D 16 T with a filling of LEYBONOL LVO 100 in two versions: 31251TE with three-phase motor (550 W; Δ 200–240 V / Y 380–440 V at 50 Hz, Δ 200–260 V / Y 380–440 V at 60 Hz), 535 × 185 × 265 mm, 34 kg; 31256TE with single-phase motor (750 W; 218–242 V, 50/60 Hz), 565 × 195 × 275 mm, 37 kg.
