Leybold CLAWVAC CP 500 – large claw pump with IE4 motor

The CLAWVAC CP 500 achieves 500 m³/h at 50 Hz and 600 m³/h at 60 Hz; the ultimate pressure is 200 mbar (50 Hz) or 150 mbar (60 Hz). With motor it measures 1302 × 586 × 845 mm, as a version with free shaft end 822 × 586 × 845 mm. It is connected via G 3" (inlet) and G 2 1/2" (outlet); the noise level is 76 dB(A) (50 Hz) or 78 dB(A) (60 Hz).

Energy-efficient and ready to connect

An IE4 motor is part of the standard equipment; operation with a frequency converter is possible up to 60 Hz, and alternatively the pump is available without a motor for customer drives. An inlet non-return valve and protective screen as well as a drain valve on the main silencer are standard; inlet filters and an additional outlet silencer are available as accessories.

Variants of the CLAWVAC CP 500

The CLAWVAC CP 500 is available from Ehrler & Beck in five variants (part numbers 10790500V02, 10790500V03, 10790500V04, 10790500V00, 10790500V01). The motor power ranges from 9.2 kW to 11 kW; motors for 50 Hz and 60 Hz and versions without motor are available. The weight ranges from 309 kg (without motor) to 429 kg.
