Elmo Rietschle C-VLR 301 – dry-running claw vacuum pump

The C-VLR 301 delivers 290 m³/h at 50 Hz and 350 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches an ultimate vacuum of 150 mbar (abs.) in continuous operation. According to the data sheet it reaches at least 150 mbar (abs.) in continuous operation; 100 mbar (abs.) in continuous operation on request. The compression chamber is oil-free; only the gearbox contains oil (filling 1.5 l). The two claw rotors run dry and without contact against each other; a pair of gears in the gearbox synchronises them. The air cooling is integrated; no additional cooling media are needed. The flange-mounted motors comply with DIN EN 60034 (IP 55, insulation class F).
