Becker BCV 500 – dry claw vacuum pump

The BCV 500 delivers 500 m³/h at 50 Hz and 600 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches a vacuum of 200 mbar absolute. Installed motor power 9.2 kW at 50 Hz and 11.8 kW at 60 Hz, sound pressure level 74 / 79 dB(A) (at 400 mbar abs., with integrated filtration). The pump weighs 287 kg without motor. Dimensions: width × height 483 × 688 mm, length depending on the motor (pump 809 mm). Suction connection G 3" (or NPT 3"), exhaust connection G 2".

Contact-free claw principle

Two claw-shaped rotors rotate in opposite directions and without contact in the compression chamber. As a result the pump works without oil in the pumping chamber, with little wear and little maintenance; the exhaust air is oil-free.

Filtration and maintenance

Transparent filter covers show contamination at once; the filters are easy to check, and the enlarged filter area allows longer change intervals. The robust design is intended for long running times even under demanding conditions.
