Becker BCV 100 – dry claw vacuum pump

The BCV 100 delivers 100 m³/h at 50 Hz and 120 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches a vacuum of 50 mbar absolute. Installed motor power 2.2–3.0 kW at 50 Hz and 2.2–3.0 kW at 60 Hz, sound pressure level 67 / 71 dB(A). The pump weighs 96 kg without motor and 121–133 kg with motor (Becker catalogue 2026). Dimensions: 768–805 × 553 × 532.5 mm (length depending on the motor). Suction connection G 2 1/2", exhaust connection G 1 1/2".

Contact-free claw principle

Two claw-shaped rotors rotate in opposite directions and without contact in the compression chamber. As a result the pump works without oil in the pumping chamber, with little wear and little maintenance; the exhaust air is oil-free.

Filtration and maintenance

Transparent filter covers show contamination at once; the filters are easy to check. The robust design is intended for long running times even under demanding conditions.
