Becker BCV 300 – dry claw vacuum pump

The BCV 300 delivers 275 m³/h at 50 Hz and 325 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches a vacuum of 150 mbar absolute. Installed motor power 5.5–7.5 kW at 50 Hz and 5.5–7.5 kW at 60 Hz, sound pressure level 69 / 70 dB(A). The pump weighs 257 kg without motor and 323–331 kg with motor (Becker catalogue 2026). Dimensions: 918 × 596 × 624 mm (length depending on the motor). Suction connection G 2 1/2", exhaust connection G 2".

Contact-free claw principle

Two claw-shaped rotors rotate in opposite directions and without contact in the compression chamber. As a result the pump works without oil in the pumping chamber, with little wear and little maintenance; the exhaust air is oil-free.

Filtration and maintenance

Transparent filter covers show contamination at once; the filters are easy to check. The robust design is intended for long running times even under demanding conditions.
