Leybold NOVADRY ND 100 – robust dry-running pump for tumblers and packaging machines

The NOVADRY ND 100 delivers 96 m³/h with 0.1 mbar ultimate pressure and 2.2 kW motor power. It measures 722 × 488 × 315 mm, weighs 95 kg and, at 67 dB(A) (50 Hz) or 70 dB(A) (60 Hz), remains pleasantly quiet – according to Leybold without rattling or high-frequency tones.

Handles what takes a toll on rotary vane pumps

Water vapour, droplets, organic acids and even particles: according to the manufacturer, the NOVADRY is designed for them. This is based on the innovative belt drive and the self-draining pump design. The wear-free screw principle copes with marinades, oils and other process media that make vacuum tumblers a challenge for oil-sealed pumps.

Variants of the NOVADRY ND 100

The NOVADRY ND 100 is available from Ehrler & Beck in three variants (part numbers 111100N10, 111100N11, 111100N21). The motor power is 2.2 kW for all variants; the mains voltage ranges from 200/400 V at 50 Hz to 230/460 V or 200/380 V at 60 Hz. Depending on the mains frequency, the noise level is 67 to 70 dB(A); the weight is 95 kg.
