The Edwards XDS35i is a dry, hermetically sealed scroll vacuum pump with a pumping speed of 35 m³/h and an ultimate pressure of 0.01 mbar. With bypass valves, the Enhanced version pumps continuously from atmospheric pressure. Ehrler & Beck advises on selection and service.

Edwards XDS35i – dry scroll vacuum pump with 35 m³/h

The XDS35i is a hermetically sealed, dry scroll pump with a pumping speed of 35 m³/h and an ultimate pressure of 0.01 mbar. The Enhanced version (E) has bypass valves: it pumps down from atmospheric pressure continuously at full speed, whereas the intelligent control of the standard version reduces power and speed after a short period of peak power.

  • C versions with Chemraz® seals for corrosive media (A73006983, A73008983)
The service kits differ by version (standard or Chemraz® valves, bypass valve kits for Enhanced).
