Becker VTLF 2.250 – oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump for high pumping speeds

The VTLF 2.250 delivers 244 m³/h at 50 Hz and 286 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches a vacuum of 200 mbar absolute. The installed motor power is 5.5 kW at 50 Hz and 6.6 kW at 60 Hz, the sound pressure level 77 dB(A) and 79 dB(A) respectively. Without motor the pump weighs 151 kg; the overall length with motor is 1197.5 mm depending on the motor, width 644 mm, height 528 mm. Suction connection G 2 1/2", exhaust connection G 2".

Dry-running rotary vane principle

The pump works without oil in the pumping chamber; there are no oil changes. The vacuum safety valve and the blow-off valve are each fitted with a silencer, and the inlet filter is integrated. Effective noise-reduction measures ensure quiet operation.

Maintenance

The transparent filter cover shows contamination at once, and the enlarged filter area allows longer change intervals. Maintenance can be carried out on site, so downtimes stay short. The robust design is intended for long running times even under demanding conditions.
