Becker VADS 1500+ – screw vacuum pump for high pumping speeds

The VADS 1500+ delivers up to 1380 m³/h and works down to 200 mbar absolute. The VARIAIR frequency converter VAU30 (30 kW, 380–480 V, 50/60 Hz) controls the rotor frequency between 110 and 200 Hz. Sound pressure level 75 dB(A) at 110 Hz or 80 dB(A) at 200 Hz, weight 1200 kg, dimensions 1600 × 1510 × 1806 mm (L × W × H), connections DN 150.

Contact-free screw technology

The screw rotors compress without contact and oil-free; the direct drive via the integrated frequency converter matches the output to the demand. The unit is built completely in one housing and is air-cooled.
