Becker KVT 3.100 – oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump for continuous operation

The KVT 3.100 delivers 98 m³/h at 50 Hz and 112 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches a vacuum of 100 mbar absolute. The installed motor power is 3.0 kW at 50 Hz and 3.6 kW at 60 Hz, the sound pressure level 75 dB(A) and 77 dB(A) respectively. The pump weighs 71 kg without motor; the overall length with motor is 838–862 mm depending on the motor, width 470 mm, height 336 mm. Suction and optional exhaust connection G 1 1/2".

Dry-running rotary vane principle

Without oil in the pumping chamber there are no oil changes and no oil mist in the exhaust air. Becker designs the KVT pumps for continuous operation; the motor drives the rotor directly via a common shaft, which keeps the design compact. The inlet filter, blow-off valve and vacuum regulating valve are integrated, and noise-reduction measures ensure quiet operation.

Design and maintenance

The robust construction is intended for long running times even under demanding conditions. Maintenance can be carried out on site, which keeps downtimes short. Numerous motor versions are available for the KVT 3.100.
