DZS 150A Oxygen version (O2), 3Ph 380 V 60 Hz

Atlas Copco DZS 150A – 150 m³/h in the format of the DZS 065A

The DZS 150A delivers 150 m³/h at 50 Hz and 180 m³/h at 60 Hz with an ultimate pressure of 50 mbar(a) in continuous operation. The motor delivers 3.7 kW at both mains frequencies. At 897 × 401 × 501 mm (L × W × H) it is only 18 mm longer than the DZS 065A; the unit weight is 182 kg (IE3 and IE4 motor). Inlet and outlet: G 1 1/4", 60 Hz versions with NPT adapters.

Newly designed silencer

For the second generation Atlas Copco has redesigned the silencer – for a lower noise level and more performance at higher pumping speed. An inlet non-return valve isolates the pump from the process when it is switched off.

Applications of the range

The fields of application named by Atlas Copco include CNC milling and clamping, plastics processing (pneumatic conveying, extrusion), vacuum sewage systems, drying, sterilisation, pick-and-place and central vacuum systems.

Variants of the DZS 150A

The DZS 150A is available from Ehrler & Beck in twelve variants (part numbers 3002615229, 3002615230, 3002615231, 3002615232, 3002615233, 3002615234, 3002615236, 3002615327, 3081500047, 3002615264, 3002615267, 3002615266): three for 50 Hz, three for 60 Hz and two without motor. The motor power is 3.7 kW at 50 Hz and 3.7 kW at 60 Hz; the 50 Hz version with 400 V is additionally available with an IE4 motor. In addition there are four oxygen versions (O2): 400 V 50 Hz with IE4 motor as well as 380 V, 230/460 V and 575 V at 60 Hz.
