Atlas Copco DZS 150AP – oil-free compression up to 2.3 bar(g)

The DZS 150AP reaches an outlet pressure of up to 2.3 bar(g). As maximum pumping speed, the brochure states 150 m³/h at 50 Hz and 180 m³/h at 60 Hz; the operating instructions give 108 / 143 m³/h as maximum displacement. The motor delivers 11 kW at 50 Hz and 15 kW at 60 Hz. Dimensions 1089 × 401 × 672 mm (L × W × H), unit weight 217 kg, connections G 1 1/4".

For pneumatic conveying

According to Atlas Copco, the overpressure versions of the DZS A range are designed for processes such as pneumatic conveying and can be installed centrally as well as decentrally. The pumping chamber works oil-free; only the gearbox is filled with 0.7 l of oil.

The AP models are pressure pumps; an ultimate pressure (vacuum) is therefore not stated.

Variants of the DZS 150AP

The DZS 150AP is available from Ehrler & Beck in six variants (part numbers 3002615222, 3002615223, 3002615224, 3002615225, 3002615227, 3002615228): two for 50 Hz and four for 60 Hz, including 230/460 V, 460 V and 575 V for North America. The motor power is 11 kW at 50 Hz and 15 kW at 60 Hz.
