Becker BCP 150 PD – dry claw compressor

The BCP 150 PD delivers 150 m³/h at 50 Hz and 180 m³/h at 60 Hz and is available for the pressure stages +1.0 / +1.3 / +1.7 / +2.0 bar. Installed motor power 5.5–11.0 kW (50 Hz) or 5.5–13.2 kW (60 Hz), depending on the pressure stage. Sound pressure level 84 (+1 bar) / 85 (+2 bar) dB(A) at 50 Hz; 85 / 87 dB(A) at 60 Hz. Weight without motor ≈ 143 kg. Dimensions: width × height 556 × 619 mm, base frame 1017 mm, length depending on the motor. Pressure connection G 1 1/2".

Contact-free claw principle with pulsation damper

The claw rotors compress dry and without contact; the compressed air stays oil-free. The pulsation damper (PD) smooths the pressure surges on the pressure side. The internal filtration has a transparent cover, so the condition of the filter is easy to check.
