Atlas Copco DZS 065AP – claw technology for overpressure

The DZS 065AP delivers oil-free air at an overpressure of up to 1.8 bar(g). The brochure states a maximum pumping speed of 65 m³/h at 50 Hz and 78 m³/h at 60 Hz; the operating instructions give 42 / 56 m³/h as the maximum displacement. The motor delivers 3.7 kW. Dimensions 988 × 401 × 672 mm (L × W × H), unit weight 181 kg, connections G 1 1/4".

Reliable overpressure blowers

Atlas Copco describes the DZS 065–300AP series as reliable overpressure blowers that deliver air at low pressure – ideal for production processes such as pneumatic conveying. The pressure variants are compact and fit into central as well as decentralised installations.

Note

The AP models are pressure pumps; an ultimate pressure (vacuum) is therefore not stated.

Variants of the DZS 065AP

The DZS 065AP is available from Ehrler & Beck in five variants (part numbers 3002615206, 3002615207, 3002615208, 3002615210, 3002615212): two for 50 Hz and three for 60 Hz, including 230/460 V and 575 V for North America. The motor power is 3.7 kW at 50 Hz and 3.7 kW at 60 Hz.
