Atlas Copco DZS 300AP – the most powerful claw unit for overpressure

The DZS 300AP delivers 238 m³/h at 50 Hz and 280 m³/h at 60 Hz – here the brochure and the operating instructions agree – at an outlet pressure of up to 2.3 bar(g). The motor delivers 19 kW (60 Hz: 22 kW). Dimensions 1310 × 501 × 784 mm (L × W × H), unit weight 360 kg. Inlet G 2", outlet G 1 1/4".

Robust in continuous operation

Like the vacuum versions, the DZS 300AP uses the modular design of the second DZS generation with a separate, isolated pump element. The gearbox holds 1.5 l of oil; the compressed air remains oil-free.

Note

The AP models are pressure pumps; an ultimate pressure (vacuum) is therefore not stated.

Variants of the DZS 300AP

The DZS 300AP is available from Ehrler & Beck in six variants (part numbers 3002615238, 3002615239, 3002615240, 3002615241, 3002615243, 3002615244): two for 50 Hz and four for 60 Hz, including 230/460 V, 460 V and 575 V for North America. The motor power is 19 kW at 50 Hz and 22 kW at 60 Hz.
