Atlas Copco DZS 300A – the largest model of the DZS A range

The DZS 300A delivers 300 m³/h at 50 Hz and 360 m³/h at 60 Hz. The ultimate pressure in continuous operation is 140 mbar(a) at 50 Hz; for 60 Hz the operating instructions state 200 mbar(a). The motor delivers 6.2 kW (60 Hz: 7.5 kW). Dimensions 1036 × 501 × 567 mm (L × W × H), unit weight 304 kg (IE3 motor) / 305 kg (IE4 motor). The inlet is designed as G 2", the outlet as G 1 1/4"; 60 Hz versions come with NPT adapters.

Designed for a long service life

Atlas Copco points to innovative manufacturing materials and coatings for lifelong reliability even under difficult conditions; the modular design keeps maintenance and life-cycle costs low. The gearbox holds 1.5 l of oil; the pumping chamber remains oil-free.

Applications of the range

Atlas Copco sees the DZS A range in, among others, CNC milling and clamping, plastics processing (pneumatic conveying, extrusion), vacuum sewage systems, drying, sterilisation, pick-and-place and central vacuum systems.

Variants of the DZS 300A

The DZS 300A is available from Ehrler & Beck in twelve variants (part numbers 3002615245, 3002615246, 3002615247, 3002615248, 3002615249, 3002615250, 3002615252, 3002615323, 3081500043, 3002615271, 3002615274, 3002615273): three for 50 Hz, three for 60 Hz and two without motor. The motor power is 6.2 kW at 50 Hz and 7.5 kW at 60 Hz; the 50 Hz version with 400 V is additionally available with an IE4 motor. In addition there are four oxygen versions (O2): 400 V 50 Hz with IE4 motor as well as 380 V, 230/460 V and 575 V at 60 Hz.
