  • Pumping speed 150 m³/h 50 Hz
  • Ultimate pressure 50 mbar
  • Rated motor power 3.7 kW 50 Hz

Edwards nEDC150 – dry claw vacuum pump with 150 m³/h

The Edwards nEDC150 shares its housing width and height with the nEDC65 but, at 150 m³/h at 50 Hz, delivers more than twice as much. The 3.7 kW motor delivers the same power at 50 and 60 Hz. Like all nEDC pumps it can be cleaned on site without special tools: the pumping chamber is accessible without opening the gearbox or changing the synchronisation. With motor the pump measures 897 × 401 × 501 mm and weighs around 182 kg (tolerance ±10 kg, including oil). The gearbox is filled with 0.7 l of GL+ Xpand 150; the noise level is 72 dB(A) at 50 Hz and 75 dB(A) at 60 Hz.

Typical applications

For the nEDC and EDC claw pumps Edwards names, among others, central vacuum systems, plastics extrusion, woodworking, vacuum conveying, pick-and-place, drying and degassing, printing and paper processing, medical technology, milking and milk transport, thermoforming and waste extraction.
