Atlas Copco DVS 80 – 80 m³/h without oil in the process

The DVS 80 reaches a nominal flow of 80 m³/h at 50 Hz and 90 m³/h at 60 Hz; the ultimate vacuum is 150 mbar(a). The brochure states a rated motor power of 2.2 kW at 50 Hz and 3 kW at 60 Hz (1400 / 1700 rpm). Dimensions 722 × 365 × 382 mm (L × W × H), weight 71 kg, inlet and outlet G 1".

Low life-cycle costs

Atlas Copco counts direct drive, a small space requirement and long maintenance intervals among the efficiency features of the series. This design has no oil and no oil filter; as a spare part Atlas Copco lists a filter kit for DVS 60 to 140.

Applications of the range

Atlas Copco lists packaging, medical systems, pick-and-place, CNC clamping, laboratory vacuum, holding, lifting and moving, pneumatic conveying, the printing industry and woodworking.

Variants of the DVS 80

The DVS 80 is available from Ehrler & Beck in three variants: 3002615678 (3Ph 220-230, 380-400 V 50 Hz / 220-230, 380-460 V 60 Hz), 3002615684 (3Ph 230/400 V 50 Hz), 3002615690 (3Ph 208-230/460 V 60 Hz).
