Atlas Copco DVS 100 – three-digit flow, compressed dry

The DVS 100 delivers 100 m³/h at 50 Hz and 115 m³/h at 60 Hz with an ultimate vacuum of 150 mbar(a). As rated motor power, the brochure states 3.4 kW at 50 Hz and 4 kW at 60 Hz (1400 / 1700 rpm). The pump measures 820 × 365 × 382 mm (L × W × H) and weighs 87 kg. Inlet and outlet are G 1 1/2" connections.

Low wear

According to Atlas Copco, the design and technology of the DVS series maximise the vacuum generated while minimising energy consumption and wear. The graphite alloy rotary vanes slide with minimal friction; the exhaust air is passed through a cooler to lower its temperature.

According to Atlas Copco, the fields of application of the DVS series are packaging, medical systems, pick-and-place, CNC clamping, laboratory vacuum, holding, lifting and moving, pneumatic conveying, the printing industry and woodworking.

The DVS 100 is available from Ehrler & Beck in three variants: 3002615679 (3Ph 220-230, 380-400 V 50 Hz / 220-230, 380-460 V 60 Hz), 3002615685 (3Ph 230/400 V 50 Hz), 3002615691 (3Ph 208-230/460 V 60 Hz).
