Atlas Copco DVS 25 – more flow in the housing of the DVS 16

The DVS 25 shares its dimensions and motor power with the DVS 16, but delivers 25 m³/h at 50 Hz and 29 m³/h at 60 Hz. The ultimate vacuum is 120 mbar(a), the motor power 0.75 kW (60 Hz: 0.9 kW) at 1400 / 1700 rpm. Dimensions (L × W × H): 1-phase 412 × 206 × 270 mm, 3-phase 412 × 206 × 244 mm; weight 31 kg and 33 kg respectively. The inlet is designed as G 3/4", the outlet as G 1/2".

Simple maintenance

According to Atlas Copco, the modular design and the resistant graphite vanes ensure maximum durability with minimum wear. There is no oil and no oil filter; as a spare part Atlas Copco lists a filter kit for DVS 16 and DVS 25.

Applications of the range

According to Atlas Copco, typical fields of application of the DVS series are packaging, medical systems, pick-and-place, CNC clamping, laboratory vacuum, holding, lifting and moving, pneumatic conveying, the printing industry and woodworking.

Variants of the DVS 25

The DVS 25 is available from Ehrler & Beck in three variants: 3002615664 (1Ph 220-240 V 50/60 Hz), 3002615669 (3Ph 220-230, 380-400 V 50 Hz / 220-230, 380-460 V 60 Hz), 3002615681 (3Ph 575 V 60 Hz).
