Atlas Copco DVS 8 – compact dry-running pump with direct drive

The DVS 8 delivers 8 m³/h at 50 Hz and 9 m³/h at 60 Hz with an ultimate vacuum of 150 mbar(a). The directly coupled motor delivers 0.25 kW (60 Hz: 0.3 kW) at 2800 / 3300 rpm. Dimensions (L × W × H): 1-phase 253 × 167 × 160 mm, 3-phase 253 × 167 × 147 mm; weight 8.5 kg. The inlet is designed as G 3/8", the outlet as G 1/2"; the operating instructions additionally show one optional inlet and one optional outlet.

Clean and air-cooled

The pump works dry and oil-free – without emissions or contamination for the process. An exhaust silencer is part of the pump; according to Atlas Copco, the exhaust air is passed through a cooler to lower its temperature.

The DVS 8 is available from Ehrler & Beck in three variants: 3002615662 (1Ph 220-240 V 50/60 Hz), 3002615667 (3Ph 230/400 V 50 Hz / 265/460 V 60 Hz), 3002615676 (1Ph 110-115 V 60 Hz).
