Atlas Copco DVS 40 – 40 m³/h, optionally on a single-phase mains supply

The DVS 40 delivers 40 m³/h at 50 Hz and 48 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches an ultimate vacuum of 120 mbar(a). The motor delivers 1.3 kW (60 Hz: 1.5 kW) at 1400 / 1700 rpm. The 1-phase version measures 485 × 230 × 309 mm at 42 kg, the 3-phase version 485 × 230 × 270 mm at 45 kg (L × W × H). Inlet and outlet: G 1".

For the models DVS 5 to DVS 40, the brochure and the operating instructions state a maximum discharge pressure – the pumps can also be operated as compressors. For the DVS 40 the figures differ from one another (see technical data).

Applications of the range

As fields of application for the DVS series, Atlas Copco lists packaging, medical systems, pick-and-place, CNC clamping, laboratory vacuum, holding, lifting and moving, pneumatic conveying, the printing industry and woodworking.

Variants of the DVS 40

The DVS 40 is available from Ehrler & Beck in three variants: 3002615665 (1Ph 220-240 V 50/60 Hz), 3002615670 (3Ph 220-230, 380-400 V 50 Hz / 220-230, 380-460 V 60 Hz), 3002615682 (3Ph 575 V 60 Hz).
