Becker VASF 2.120/1 – VARIAIR Speed Flow side channel blower

The VASF 2.120/1 is a single-stage, air-cooled side channel blower with VARIAIR frequency converter. It delivers up to 143 m³/h (frequency 50–200 Hz) and, depending on the version, reaches down to −230 mbar relative in suction operation or up to +230 mbar relative in pressure operation. Dimensions 432 × 200 × 320 mm, suction and pressure connection G 1 1/2".

Versions

Becker offers the VASF 2.120/1 for various supply voltages, as a Basic version for an external VARIAIR frequency converter and as a gas-tight compressor version:

• AC 200–230 V (-0.AC230): vacuum down to −230 mbar, pressure up to +230 mbar, 1.4 kW, 63 dB(A), 18.8 kg
• Basic AC 230 V / AC 115 V: vacuum down to −160 mbar, pressure up to +160 mbar, 0.85 / 0.83 kW, 63–84 dB(A), 13.0–14.6 kg
• Gas-tight (-1.AC230): 143 m³/h, max. pressure ratio 1.23 p/p, 1.4 kW, 63 dB(A), 17.5 kg, connections DN 40 ISO-KF; leak rate < 1 × 10⁻⁵ mbar·l/s (helium leak test, whole unit), pressure ratio measured for air

Speed control and contact-free compression

The volume flow can be set precisely via the speed. The impeller rotates without contact and the sealed bearings need no lubrication – the blower works oil-free.
