Edwards E2M0.7 – two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump

The E2M0.7 belongs to Edwards' EM series of small oil-sealed rotary vane pumps. It delivers 0.75 m³/h at 50 Hz and 0.95 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches an ultimate pressure of 3 × 10⁻³ mbar without gas ballast, 0.2 mbar with gas ballast. The single-phase motor delivers 0.09 kW. The sound pressure level is 43 dB(A); with the optional acoustic enclosure it drops to around 36 dB(A). The pump weighs approx. 10 kg and measures 323 × 142 × 226.5 mm (L × W × H, with carrying handle).

Typical applications

For the EM pumps Edwards names scientific and laboratory applications and use as a backing pump for turbomolecular pumps; the pumps have also proven themselves in industrial applications.

The E2M0.7 is available in 2 versions (part numbers A37141919, A37141902). All versions are single-phase pumps with an IEC appliance connector; the mains cable for the respective country is ordered separately.
