Leybold ECODRY 65 plus – the largest model of the ECODRY plus series
The ECODRY 65 plus delivers 55 m³/h maximum pumping speed for air (52 m³/h for helium) with an ultimate pressure below 0.03 mbar; with gas ballast it reaches below 0.1 mbar and handles 500 g/h of water vapour. With the same external dimensions as the ECODRY 40 plus (623 × 320 × 298 mm, around 43 kg), it has the larger DN 40 ISO-KF inlet flange; the exhaust is DN 16 ISO-KF.Flexible control
It can be operated manually via the integrated switch, remotely via the digital I/O interface or by computer via RS485/MODBUS; the LEYASSIST software supports monitoring, remote control and data logging. Thanks to low EMC emission and low leakage current, the pump can be operated from normal wall sockets.Typical applications

The ECODRY 65 plus is available from Ehrler & Beck in four variants (part numbers 161065V22, 161065V21, 161065V62, 161065V9001). The rated power is 1.2 kW for all variants (0.6 kW at ultimate pressure); the mains voltage ranges from 100–120 V to 200–240 V (50/60 Hz, 1-phase).
