Leybold ECODRY series

The Leybold ECODRY series comprises 5 multi-stage Roots vacuum pumps with nominal pumping speeds from 25 to 55 m³/h (50 Hz) and ultimate pressures down to 0.01 mbar (depending on the model).

Models: ECODRY 25 plus, ECODRY 35 plus, ECODRY 40 plus, ECODRY 65 plus, ECODRY 65 He plus.

Operating principle

Multi-stage Roots vacuum pumps compress the gas through several Roots stages arranged in series directly against atmospheric pressure and need no backing pump to do so. The pump chamber is dry and contact-free; gears and bearings are separated from the gas chamber.
