Die ECODRY 65 He plus baut auf der ECODRY 65 plus auf und ist für Permanentgase wie Stickstoff, Helium-3, Helium-4, Argon und Neon optimiert – in bestimmten Aufbauten auch für SF₆. Sie erreicht 55 m³/h für Luft und 52 m³/h für Helium bei einem Ultimate pressure unter 0,03 mbar. Leybold spezifiziert eine Leak rate unter 5 × 10⁻⁸ mbar·l/s, bestätigt durch eine integrale Dichtheitsprüfung; jede Pumpe wird mit einem Zertifikat über die bestandene Prüfung geliefert.
