Atlas Copco DZS 1000 V – 950 m³/h, dry and air-cooled

The DZS 1000 V reaches 950 m³/h at 50 Hz and 1140 m³/h at 60 Hz with an ultimate pressure of 200 mbar(a) in continuous operation. The motor delivers 18.5 kW (60 Hz: 22 kW). The 50 Hz version measures 1468 × 680 × 1240 mm (L × W × H); the unit weight is 791 kg (50 Hz) / 781 kg (60 Hz); without motor 615 kg. Inlet DN 100 PN 6, outlet DN 100 PN 10.

Low maintenance effort in continuous operation

According to Atlas Copco, the DZS 500–1000 V series is designed for continuous operation with little maintenance: contact-free pump technology, modular design, labyrinth seals between the pump chamber and the gear chamber, and PEEKCOAT-coated rotors. The gearbox holds 2.8 l of oil.

In addition to the complete pumps for 50 and 60 Hz there are versions without motor with IEC flange.

Variants of the DZS 1000 V

The DZS 1000 V is available from Ehrler & Beck in eight variants (part numbers 1905199902, 1905199903, 1905199908, 1905199909, 1905199914, 1951001102, 1951001104, 1951001124): one for 50 Hz, four for 60 Hz and three without motor. The motors are IE4 motors; the three US versions (1951001102, 1951001104, 1951001124) for 60 Hz have IE3 motors with 22 kW (230/460 V or 575 V) or no motor. The motor power is 18.5 kW at 50 Hz and 22 kW at 60 Hz.
