Atlas Copco GVS 255 VSD+ – wide control range and lower ultimate pressure
The GVS 255 VSD+ regulates its pumping speed between 119 and 250 m³/h – with a factor of 2.1 between the smallest and the largest value, this is the widest control range of any model in the range. With the gas ballast closed, the ultimate pressure is 0.3 mbar(a) and thus below that of the two smaller models. The motor delivers 7.5 kW at 1050 to 1950 rpm. The pump measures 1010 × 535 × 525 mm, weighs 197 kg net and is connected via G 2" on both the inlet and the exhaust side.Designed for humid processes
According to the operating instructions, with standard gas ballast the pump tolerates a water vapour inlet pressure of up to 40 mbar(a), with large gas ballast up to 50 mbar(a).
