Atlas Copco GVD 175 – two-stage rotary vane pump for industry and fore vacuum
The GVD 175 delivers 160 m³/h at 50 Hz and 196 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches 1 × 10⁻³ mbar without gas ballast. The motor delivers 5.5 kW (60 Hz: 6.5 kW). Dimensions 994 × 410 × 563 mm (L × W × H), weight 230.5 kg, inlet DN 63 ISO-F, outlet DN 40 ISO-KF (G 1 1/2). The pump is water-cooled and has been delivered filled with oil since 2025.Pressurised lubrication and suck-back protection
The proven pressurised lubrication system prevents oil starvation even at high gas loads. When the pump is switched off under vacuum, protective devices prevent oil and air from being sucked back into the vacuum system. A Roots pump can be mounted on the central inlet port if required.Applications of the range
