The Leybold SCROLLVAC 7 plus is an oil-free, air-cooled scroll vacuum pump with 6.1 m³/h maximum pumping speed and an ultimate pressure of 0.02 mbar. Leybold SCROLLVAC 7 plus – dry backing pump for small gas loads
The SCROLLVAC 7 plus achieves a maximum pumping speed of 6.1 m³/h and an ultimate pressure of 0.02 mbar with the gas ballast closed. At ultimate pressure it draws 260 W, weighs 26 kg and is equipped with DN 25 ISO-KF inlet and outlet flanges. With gas ballast it pumps up to 100 g/h of water vapour.Oil-free and low-maintenance
The scroll principle works without oil in the pumping chamber; maintenance essentially concerns the tip seals, for which Leybold offers a minor service kit. For continuous operation, Leybold specifies a maximum inlet pressure of 200 mbar and a recommended chamber volume of up to 25 litres for pumping down from atmospheric pressure.Typical applications

The SCROLLVAC 7 plus is available from Ehrler & Beck in six variants (part numbers 141007V10, 141007V11, 141007V12, 141007V30, 141007V31, 141007V32): as standard, H and C versions, each with a 1-phase or 3-phase motor.
