Leybold SCROLLVAC 10 plus – low ultimate pressure at only 25 kg

The SCROLLVAC 10 plus delivers 10.6 m³/h maximum pumping speed and, at 0.009 mbar, shares the lowest ultimate pressure in the series with the 15 plus. The power consumption at ultimate pressure is 280 W and the weight 25 kg; the connection is DN 25 ISO-KF. The water vapour capacity with gas ballast is 140 g/h.

Single-phase with controller, three-phase directly on the mains

The 1-phase version works on 100–127 V or 200–240 V (50/60 Hz) and has a controller with start/stop/standby buttons and a parallel I/O interface. The 3-phase version runs directly on the mains; at 50 Hz it turns at 1500 min⁻¹ instead of 1800 min⁻¹, and the pumping speed is then 9.1 m³/h.

Typical applications

Fore vacuum for turbomolecular pumps, mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, coating and laboratory systems and noble gas recovery (H version without gas ballast).

Variants of the SCROLLVAC 10 plus

The SCROLLVAC 10 plus is available from Ehrler & Beck in six variants (part numbers 141010V10, 141010V11, 141010V12, 141010V30, 141010V31, 141010V32): as standard, H and C versions, each with a 1-phase or 3-phase motor. The power consumption at ultimate pressure is 0.28 kW for all variants and the weight 25 kg; the pumping speed ranges from 9.1 m³/h (3-phase at 50 Hz) to 10.6 m³/h.
